The first bedroom includes a Queen over Queen bunkbed, dresser, LCD TV, closet and small side table and chair. The bathroom is just outside of the room, accessed through the hall. This bathroom includes a single sink vanity, tub-shower combo and also includes the washer/dryer units.
Bedroom #2 bedroom includes a Queen bed, dresser and LCD TV. The bathroom connected to this bedroom includes a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 is the King Master. This room includes a King bed, dresser, chest of drawers, closet and LCD TV. The private bath includes a large walk-in shower, double vanity sinks and large closet.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are an open plan and great for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is completely remodeled and includes beautiful cabinetry, quartz counters, double sink, and new GE Profile appliances.The dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Outside: Community Pool is just a minute walk from the unit. Shared grilling/picnic area and outdoor shower. Designated parking for one car very close to the unit’s entry. Overflow parking is just a minute walk across the street in a lot owned by the complex (parking pass needed).
